This is the worst winners ever .we were going to get this butterfly Keychain that was on sale and it was 9.00 .because The employee wrote 9.00 on the keychain but it was 13.00 . So it was not our fault. And so when I told her that The policy is if the item is under $10 and it’s supposed to be free. But she said that she is a different policy in her winners. But the truth is that it’s the branch of winter so they all have the same exact policy because they’re getting their stuff from the same place. So then she tells us that You’re over asking for the limits of, but I can give you. And then I told her that it should policy and if you don’t wanna agree with it that we won’t buy it and then she was basically happy. She said no problem. And she didn’t really have a problem with you or not, and she was a manager. I don’t recommend going to Winners

Service is lacking.
I needed to make a return, and came to a Customer Service cash. The girl at the customer service cash wasn’t doing anything, yet she made me have to wait in a huge line to main cashes for the return.
