It’s peaceful and not too big and busy. It's the perfect place to do your grocery shopping in my opinion. The prices are also fair and affordable. I would definitely recommend it

Today, September 23, 2024, at 4:40 p.m., I go to the customer service counter to make a money transfer via Western Union. The lady at the counter informs me that the service is closed. I thank her and decide to go shopping. As I leave, I notice that another employee is helping a customer with a transfer, despite the “closed” sign still visible. I wait my turn, then I introduce myself again, and this time, I am again confirmed that the service is indeed closed. I left because I didn't want to make a big deal out of it, especially after a long day of work. In summary: the services offered at Walmart, boulevard Laurier, seem to depend on the mood of the employee and more generally on the face of the customer, you are served based on your appearance. And he doesn't care about consumer opinions. Well done Walmart

W-M Laurier does not accept returns in store if we have lost our receipt, even if the item is new with tags! The man at the customer service counter at the Walmart in Laurier on the afternoon of June 4 asked me to fill out a document indicating which payment method I had paid by, the date, I had to write ALL the items in my invoice and all the exact amounts of each item and there would be analysis by the accounting assistant. Whereas a week earlier, I went to Walmart Duplessis and I was able to return an item without any problem without my invoice. The customer service lady simply scanned the item and gave me a refund on a gift card. What poor customer service from this store, the lack of training and the waste of time caused by it all.

As a student like many, I like competitive prices, and I often find them at Walmart where I can buy things at low prices. I mainly like row 1 where it is possible to get noodles to cook or even Indian dishes. I love it ! Otherwise, the organization is usual; several self-service checkouts help those who have to go quickly; courteous staff. Etc.

Worst shopping experience I've ever had in Quebec, I won't be going again, they had a very unfriendly cashier, they got the price wrong, but they were rude and impatient and mean, their management team is the worst.Guess what, even though this special was sent by you Walmart, my shopping experience at Walmart was only mispriced, impatient and mean staff; but when I used price match at Maxi, they gave your discounted price with a smile, you ⬇️Update: I went to Walmart next to the galerie de la capitale, they put the correct price, I upload the receipt and pictures as a proof! You didn’t do your job! You have a bad mange team and bad customer service!

Never seen a store as empty as this. Tablets on sheet metal everywhere, completely empty frozen tombs. All departments are like this. According to customers on site, it seems to always be like this! What does it feel like to have good prices when there is no merchandise lol
