  The employees are nice and lovely, the clothes are amazing quality, love this store so much

  If a single label is missing from an item, there is no return possible. New policy from American Eagle since this summer. This is legal under Consumer Protection Law. It was a small article, so it's not a big deal, but it's just deplorable.
  
  Nothing against this branch though. 🤷‍♂️
