I LOVE clothes, but I find it appalling that a clothing store with such a great range of items only uses hideously skinny models. Seriously, I find the lack of openness to the diversity of bodies disappointing. Dare Aritzia!

J’adore les vêtements, mais l’experience d’essayage est vraiment désagréable! Un miroir dans la cabine, c’est un essentiel. Personne n’aime partager un miroir avec 8 autres filles pour essayer. J’ai dû sortir de ma cabine lors d’un essayage de soutien-gorge!! Il n’y a jamais de grandeurs disponibles et le personnel n’est pas particulièrement aimable non plus.

I came to return an article this afternoon. The credit card was blocked and I chose a gift card as reimbursement. I changed my mind 1-2 minutes later but it was already too late to get the item back. I was understanding, gentle and kind working in customer service myself.The problem is the service I received... The supervisor or cashier (short hair, square toupee and around fifty years old) was extremely stupid, haughty and she spoke to me as if I was worthless. I felt that I was bothering her with my questions and that she couldn't wait for me to leave.The other cashiers looked uncomfortable, apologized and wished me a nice day.Such a person should not work in customer service. It damages your reputation and causes you to lose customers.Looking forward to not coming back.

Bonjour ?Je voulais simplement vous mentionner le service impeccable, personnalisé, instructif et professionnel que j’ai eu avec Juliette de Place Ste-Foy aujourd’hui! Elle a été d’une perfection sans détour et pour ma première fois à votre magasin, je ressors de chez vous avec un gros sac ?, un sourire et très impressionnée! J’y retournerai sans hésiter grâce à vos magnifiques vêtements mais encore plus grâce au service de Juliette. Je ne veux pas minimiser le service des autres employés car plusieurs m’ont souri et soutenue lors de mon magasinage chez vous! C’est un endroit avec des employées d’exception et je passerai le mot à mon entourage c’est certain! À bientôt et encore merci pour tous! ❤️
