I drove my Toyota Sienna from New Jersey, USA, to Quebec. During the trip, my car started making a strange noise that lasted for about 10–15 minutes and then stopped on its own. Since I didn’t want to take any chances, I decided to have the vehicle checked by a mechanic.

I brought my Sienna to this garage, and despite their busy schedule, they took the time to thoroughly inspect my vehicle right away. Fortunately, they didn’t find any issues. They even checked the tire pressure and filled the tires as needed.

What impressed me the most was their honesty and kindness. When I asked how much I owed them, they didn’t charge me anything, even though they had spent around 30 minutes checking my vehicle.
