“I had a great experience at this Rue Turnbull location. I am from California and have an account at BMO but have been trying for months to reactivate my account by phone with the home office in Vancouver. I was visiting Quebec and thought I would try to do so while there since I could not get a phone call returned from the branch in Vancouver where I opened the account. I worked with an extremely pleasant young lady (initials, M.B.). She took her time and showed extreme patience with me in order to get my issues resolved. Within 30 - 40 minutes, everything I had been trying to do for months was resolved! Thank you MB for your kindness, patience and effort in making my experience at your branch excellent!
