I have always trusted iRobot, but the Roomba Max 705 Combo has been the most disappointing experience I’ve ever had with the brand — not once, but twice.
I exchanged the first unit at Best Buy, hoping it was defective, but the second brand-new unit failed in exactly the same ways. Both devices showed persistent errors (1028, 517, 48), random interruptions, and an inability to complete even simple cleaning routines.
I followed every troubleshooting step multiple times — cleaning tanks, checking sensors, resetting the robot and dock, and repeating the entire process. Nothing worked on either unit, clearly showing the issue is not user error but a systemic flaw in the product.
Both units also leaked water during operation, leaving the dock, the robot, and the surrounding tile wet. While my floors were not damaged, no premium mopping robot should leak at all.
The mop system simply does not function: the roller stays dry or becomes oversaturated, the wash cycle doesn’t clean it properly, the drying cycle fails, and the cleaning results are streaky and inconsistent. Even basic vacuuming was unreliable, with frequent pauses, shutdowns, and erratic navigation.
The dock also appears poorly designed, with standing water, pump inconsistencies, dirty wash cycles, and repeated residue buildup, all happening on two separate units.
When I contacted iRobot for support, I learned they do not currently have the parts or equipment needed to properly repair this model or honor the warranty, which is unacceptable for a premium-priced product.
After two defective units, constant errors, water leaks, a nonfunctional mop system, and no reliable warranty support, I am deeply disappointed. This product has wasted my time instead of simplifying my routine.
I cannot recommend the Roomba Max 705 Combo. It does not mop properly, does not complete cleaning jobs, leaks water, generates endless errors, and is not supported adequately by the manufacturer. This model feels unfinished and not ready for the market.

We needed help finding a phone . The staff was friendly and helpful. The associate helped find the best bargain and set up the phone . They worked with us . I appreciate how helpful and patience they were . I would definitely recommend this place.

Scammers! Best Buy protection plan allowed me to receive a gift card instead of an actual phone because phone was no longer in stock, but they continued charging me 23$/month even though this phone no longer existed! Customer service unhelpful

Very tight back for semi trucks with bunk
You have to stop the traffic as well
Specially in winter bcz of snow space more less.
And sometimes road is blocked

I was served today by Alexandre from the Best Buy in Place Laurier. He knew how to take his time (around 30 to 45 minutes) to show the different variations of a device that I was looking for in particular and I was skeptical to buy when I arrived at first. I left with an Apple Watch and I was happy. Very versatile, welcoming and serious in his work.

Best Buy member, this is a scam. Every month they charge me 20 CAD but I have no profit on that for 4 months. I request to stop the membership fees, the staff told me to pay 160 CAD for the remaining 8 months. They want to steal my money. Why I pay for a non-profit. Best Buy, it's a shame to be both a customer and employee of this company.

I went there to check if the items met my criteria and let the seller order them online for me. The order was placed and I received everything a few days later.
But at first, the watch that was given as a gift with the purchase of the phone did not appear on the transaction and I thought he had forgotten to order it, which worried me.
In the end, everything was done well and the service was good.
