“I came for information regarding parts, I was answered but the attitude of the lady who answered me was far from appreciated. She sounded very haughty and uncourteous. I returned with my bike and was answered this time by a young man from the repair shop. Very kind and answered all my questions without pressure selling or denigrating me about the age of the bike, its condition and the little knowledge I have on the subject.
Update: I just had a bad moment/bad day regarding the lady. She was very helpful the next few times.”

“I blew out a spoke on my way into Quebec. Emy from the back shop was extremely helpful. Had a rocky checkout experience picking up my replacement rim; however, they made up for it by allowing me to use their wheel jig to make sure my wheel was trued up before pushing on towards Montreal.”
