“I came for information regarding parts, I was answered but the attitude of the lady who answered me was far from appreciated. She sounded very haughty and uncourteous. I returned with my bike and was answered this time by a young man from the repair shop. Very kind and answered all my questions without pressure selling or denigrating me about the age of the bike, its condition and the little knowledge I have on the subject.
Update: I just had a bad moment/bad day regarding the lady. She was very helpful the next few times.”

De plus, nous avons eu la chance de compter sur l’équipe ingénieuse de l’atelier pour faire une surélévation de 3cm sur un ski, alors que personne d’autre voulait faire cette modification.
