“I have a German electric bike. : Focus Jam2 (2018).The battery died last summer after 5 years of use.Focus has withdrawn from the US market since purchase...the store I purchased the bike from was not able to help me.I would like to thank ECHO SPORTS, who was able to diagnose my bike and order the battery. I reinstalled the new (internal) battery and my bike is 100% operational.I believe the tech's name is Kelvin.THANKS!!Rock”

“We were looking for a Fat bike and found the right size with studded tires on the Pédalier website. We were pleasantly surprised to find that they deliver to the Montreal area! Delivery with CTMA was super simple and fast. We had the bike in less than a week.At the same time, we ordered the same bike in a small size from the Costco website and it arrived at the same time without studded tires. Ultimately, the one at Costco came out more expensive and the one from Pédalier a better deal with impeccable service!Thanks to the entire Pédalier team!”
“Saturday July 8 I arrived at the store first thing in the morning with my tubeless tire on the flat. The guys really helped me out with a whole service! They washed my tubeless fluid, changed my valve and put in a tube. I was coming down from MTL and absolutely had to ride that day, they made me happy! With a smile and all that for a more than reasonable cost. Well done and thank you!”

“This review is for the online store.Customer service and communication is EXCELLENT. I ordered an EVOC backpack online, shipping was quick to Vancouver, price was excellent - well below others. Incorrect item was delivered so I emailed them and got a fast response the next morning apologizing for the error and with a UPS return label. That same day (a Friday) UPS shows up to my door to collect it - WOW! I’d assumed I’d have to drop off the return at a UPS location. Blown away by the service. And then I get an email at 11:15pm Saturday (next day) that my item is on its way. Saturday. Near midnight! I will definitely shop here again & recommend you do, too.”
