I received very unpleasant service. I arrived at the city square with my 4 year old son. I was alone there with a child. I left my children's car tray there while I took it to the bathroom. The saaq employee took my car bin, put it behind the counter and when I came back she never informed me of her action (out of kindness of course!!!). I had to ask if she had taken the car bin because I thought it had been stolen. She even told me it could have been worse, she could have put it in the trash!! I remind you that I was the only client with a child in the office this morning. And so on... I've even been told that if I'm not happy, I just have to go elsewhere... I imagine that since I work to pay for my plates, that I'm in a hurry and that I arrive before the opening, it's a "good reason" to be rude to me and give me service tinged with nastiness!!!

I showed up at the SAAQ at Place de la Cité without an appointment and I would like to highlight the superb warm welcome with a beautiful smile, a beautiful attitude and incredible kindness. Thank you to this charming lady for her superb work.I like

I had never seen a SAAQ with so much professionalism before, the lady at the counter was able to direct me very well despite the fact that I had forgotten my ID with me. I was therefore able to finalize my transaction with the greatest respect. Thank you very much CAA Place de la Cité.

This SAAQ service cant open account for International student / people. You need to go saaq main outlet. In quebec city, we have 2 location only. Call SAAQ and book appointment

It happened to me once that the wait seemed endless but I can't blame them. I blamed myself for thinking of coming at exactly the same time as 25 other people. In short, I was patient, I took deep breaths and finally the wait was ENDABLE. :)As for the prices, I can't blame them either; I would have paid as much or as little to the S.A.A.Q. Everyone is free to spend their money as they wish. If something is too expensive, just have different desires. In short, for a place open on Saturday, unlike the government building, I give it five stars!
