No welcome - No training before a WOD - Succinct and ridiculous explanation.This is clearly the worst CrossFit Box I've ever tried!The weightlifting equipment is not in good condition.The coach spent more time doing his business than checking whether the movements performed were done correctly...Poorly made and uncorrected movements...! No wonder your back hurts afterwards!This is not Crossfit!

Best crossfit on the north shore of Quebec, the atmosphere is great and the members are super welcoming. Very professional coach and owner I recommend. Proximity to CEGEP and university is a big plus
