I stopped by this morning of 02/15/2024 and the big couscous-eating guy who was at the checkout never wanted to pass me through his checkout and insisted that I pay for my purchases at the self-service checkout.... It's tough in this store!!!!!!

No more cashiers, just machines! I refuse this robotic monopoly that we at least have the choice of having human contact! I left everything on the counter and didn't buy anything! I am now boycotting this store and I hope others will follow, we must prevent this world from becoming robotic!

Following my purchase of a large number of boxes of cat food, I asked the cashier if it was possible to obtain 2 to 3 cardboard boxes to be able to transport them. Which was done. The problem was when an attendant brought me these boxes I asked him for one or two smaller ones to make it easier for me to transport. )Alas, I am no longer twenty years old.)
The response stunned me with a “that’s not my problem.” And that he no longer had any, which was obviously false. Fortunately I had both feet on the ground!
Subsequently with authorization I went to meet two attendants. And miraculously a box came to my rescue.
In short, what augured for a great customer experience, a stain accompanies this by the fact of casualness, carelessness and "I go as I push you" that this sire being tall in size was all the smaller in size. its quality and quantity!
Pettiness and incivility.

Horrible service, they refuse to serve directly in person at the cash register while harassing you to go to the automatic cash registers and if you insist in the slightest to be held by a human, they threaten to call the police... My articles remained on the counter, just to make them work a little...
The more the prices increase, the more the service decreases!
