A prime abord venant de shawinigan et cherchant quelqu'un de qualifié j'étais enthousiaste et leur faisait confiance par rapport à ce qu'ils me disaient lorsqu'il m' à dit qu'il était en mesure de réparer mon toit retractable et trouver les pièces (qu'il me disait extrêmement rare et introuvable ce qui était totalement faux après une simple recherche Google à mon grand désarroi )
j'avais rv à 8h, j'ai donc fait la route de shawinigan et suis arrivé à 7h ....rendu 11h j'étais toujours en attente. Finalement mon conjoint à dû quitté son travail pour venir me chercher à QC même si il n'avait pas fait les travaux supposé en me disant" ne t'inquiète pas laisse moi ton véhicule il sera prêt à la fin de la semaine."
Ils étaient très au courant que mon véhicule devait être réparé pour le 14 pour un voyage aux États unis.
j'ai récupéré le 12 juin (encore une fois après voyagement à mes frais ) mon véhicule pour constater qu'il n' y avait rien eut de fait dessus. Ils nous ont contacté en voulant nous charger 1500$ pour 3 pieces (alors que ça nous en prenait qu'une). Au départ ils m'avaient dit que ces pièces étaient en bons états après recherche nous en avons trouvé les pièces qui voulaient nous charger à moindre prix à 1h de chez nous. Cela nous a coûté plus de 300$ pour 2h de travail plus le voyagement pour se faire fourvoyer.
je ne vous ne recommande pas ce commerce qui se dit les seuls dans le domaine du toit retractable alors que c'est faux,
nous en avons trouvé un autre qui ont confirmé que nous avions raison.

If you have a BMW I strongly advise you not to go there. Because they are trying to sell me an engine at $11,000 for a Vanos valve at $600. I don't know BMWs and if you like high bills, this is the right place. I made a mistake in my first publication I thought they were competent but I brought my car in three times they were never able to find my problem with my car so I had it checked by Canadian tire it took 30 minutes they found everything immediately the problem be careful
