About Enterprise Rent-A-Car
Enterprise Rent-A-Car offers convenient car rental services at numerous airport and Quebec locations, as well as in over 30 countries worldwide. With a history spanning 65 years, the company emphasizes a high standard of care and exceptional customer service. Customers can easily book vehicles online or through the Enterprise app, making the rental process straightforward. Reviews highlight that the rental experience is generally simple and efficient, with friendly and helpful staff, especially when dealing with last-minute bookings. The front desk is often located inside hotel lobbies, such as the Delta hotel, and directions for vehicle return can sometimes be tricky for first-time visitors, requiring attention to signage and parking instructions. Some customers note that staff can be busy, which may lead to wait times, so arriving early is recommended. Vehicles rented are generally satisfactory, although some mention minor issues like weaker air conditioning. Overall, Enterprise provides a reliable and accessible option for travelers seeking a rental car, backed by years of experience and a commitment to service.

Fast and easy check-in, which is all one can ask for. I also appreciate the late-night drop off availability.

I had some issues but all of them were addressed to my complete satisfaction by the manager, Papa Diop. Overall the whole experience was great from start to finish. Papa was very professional and courteous and it is for this reason that I would not hesitate to use this Enterprise location again.
