GREAT LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM AND RESPECT TOWARDS THEIR CUSTOMER! I was asked to come and bring my car (an SUV) on December 17, 2024 for a body repair, the receptionist on site told me that not only would he have a vehicle similar to mine as a replacement (suv with which I am more comfortable) but that in addition my vehicle would be ready within 3 days, therefore December 20 at the most because I had mentioned that I wanted to have it before the end of the year. I showed up on December 17 and finally, I was told that we finally had more SUVs but just a small vehicle without any options and with manual gearbox, I mentioned my discomfort with the situation and they made me understand that I would have recovered my vehicle on the 20th, so 3 days of waiting, I give in. On Friday December 20, 2024, no news from Fix Auto! I contacted them myself on Monday December 23, 2024 to find out what was going on and I was told that I would hear from them within the week and that I had to be patient. I was stressed and I couldn't go out of town for the holidays since I didn't know when I had to be there, their policy indicates a late fee charged for no show under within 12 hours of their call. Today is January 3, 2025 and I have still not been able to recover my car, nor have I had any explanation or update concerning my vehicle at FIX AUTO QUÉBEC, a vehicle that I should have recovered since December 20, 2024 I took it upon myself to call them again and I was insulted and hung up on by their boss because, according to him, I was complaining unnecessarily! He lets me know that they had employees on vacation (even though I had to cancel mine because of them) and that in any case they have an automatic system that sends emails to the customer to keep them informed of the progress of the work, EMAIL THAT I NEVER RECEIVED FROM MY BOARD! Mr. the boss considers it normal that it has been almost 3 weeks today that I have not heard from them and have not recovered my vehicle and twice that the deadlines given are false and allows himself to hang up on me because I exposes my dissatisfaction today after being more than PATIENT! WHEN YOU HAVE DELAYS AND UNFORESEEN IN MEETING A DEADLINE IT SEEMS TO ME THAT THE LEAST YOU CAN DO IS TO CALL AND WARN THE CUSTOMER, AND ESPECIALLY TO APOLOGIZE INSTEAD OF INSULTING YOUR CUSTOMER WHEN HE TAKES THE TIME TO CONTACT YOU, IS CALLED FOR PROFESSIONALISM AND RESPECT! This time I was told that my vehicle should be ready on Tuesday January 7, I hope for you that this will be the case this time and in the meantime until then I will file a complaint against you at the OPC !

Fix Auto Québec held my vehicle for almost two months, with repair promises that were never kept. I saw the parts myself on site, but despite this, they lied to my insurance by claiming that they were still not ordered. My insurance had paid at the beginning of September, but I was taken from false excuses to false information, and even a confusion with another vehicle. Finally, when my courtesy car rental came to an end, they miraculously finished repairing my car on the same day of my complaint, but the left mirror joystick was no longer connected, and they refused to repair it .
Nevertheless, the work requested on my bodywork is well done, thank you to them.

service à la clientèle très courtois et compréhensif, merci Marie-Hélène. Merci au pro qui a fait la réparation: très belle job carrosserie, peinture et pièces. Rien à reprocher. Un véhicule de courtoisie m'avait été prêté le temps des réparations.Contrairement à ce que certains commentaires ont mentionné, ils n'ont pas utilisé mon véhicule pour rouler avec afin d'usage personnel. J'ai laissé mon véhicule avant la période des fêtes et récupéré aujourd'hui le 10 Janvier, seulement roulé 2km. Si cela peut répondre à certaines questions.Merci pour votre bon travail l'équipe de Fix Auto Québec, au plaisir d'avoir fait affaire avec vous!

Tres bon service à la clientèle. J’ai du attendre un peu avant d’avoir ma voiture, car les pièces n’était pas disponible, mais cela n’est pas de leur faute !

Excellent service je recommande vivement les travaux sur mon véhicule ont été faites très rapidement j’ai beaucoup apprécié la gentillesse de Marie Helene les courriels de suivi fournissent une bonne expérience client, il y a même une petite retouche à faire qui n’était inclus dans l’estimation du prix et le monsieur nous l’a fait gratuitement avec un bon sourire merci à toute l’équipe je vous recommande sans hésitation !
