I am very satisfied with my experience. When I arrived I fell in love with a table but only the demonstrator remained. I was able to negotiate a fair price based on small, non-major imperfections. I wasn't able to really test the service or the advice because I knew what I wanted. I went to collect my table yesterday and it was carefully packaged. My partner and I are delighted with it.

When you don't want to build a clientele, you choose this kind of schedule.Update:The response received from the owner indicates that the store is open Monday to Sunday. When I passed, it was a Tuesday, December 26, one of the biggest days of the year.Mr. Owner, I remind you that your employees work in the retail field. They should know that December 26 is one of the biggest sales days of the year. This is often where people shop. Boxing day specials are on December 26th, not when you feel ready to open! If I want to compare apples to apples and be able to take advantage of discounts, this is where it needs to be open.In other retail and restaurant businesses, managers give time off in January, when holiday shopping is over.Finally, I know you have a website. It's a bit simplistic to offer this solution, as if it's really special and I can't guess it. Tell me, how do I determine if my living room set is comfortable on your website? I sit at my computer?Finally, know that we are not the only ones to have had the unpleasant surprise in front of your door. It's a shame, but you certainly lost several sales.

Very poor after-sales service. Item purchased online, picked up at the store and arrived at home it was damaged in 4 places. Call within 24 hours. I can't return it and there I am waiting with the item in my driveway with no return call for 2 weeks. Do not buy there or inspect EVERYTHING before leaving the store

On September 8, 2022 I bought a Cazis sofa from Gagnon Frères on Pierre Bertrand. I wanted a quality sofa made here. The saleswoman who was very kind recommended model 312976 to me, boasting that it was made in QC and that it was really high quality with a superb 2-year warranty on manufacturing defects. (Note that the Cazis website indicates Designed and assembled in Canada. Made in China.) The delivery date was agreed to be September 15, a week later. Obviously, we received our delivery on October 22, 5 weeks later. I had to call regularly because no follow-up was done regarding the delivery. A few weeks later, the armrest zipper broke. A technician quickly came to do a check. He fixed the zipper, he told me that it might break and he told me that they would call me further. I still had to make the calls myself because I didn't get a response. I also called Cazis but they do not take care of after-sales service. Instead of using the Cazis guarantee, Gagnon Frères offered me a $200 store credit. This amount that WE FORGOT to go buy from them again did not even represent 10% of our initial purchase. I felt he was laughing at me. I would have accepted with a $500 credit but they didn't want it. Several weeks later, I finally received a replacement sofa that was supposedly new. Only a few months later, the central part of the sofa began to sag. I was still going to have to deal with this company which had left me with a bitter taste and which also has 12 formal notices to Consumer Protection. The branch service didn't really know what to say so I decided to turn to the head office. I was disappointed and tired of having problems with my sofa and their poor service. I wanted a refund. I was offered a repair. I agreed on the condition of having a courtesy sofa which had to be the same dimensions as mine because I have several children. When they came to pick up my sofa and drop off the courtesy one, I was really surprised to see that they hadn't even bothered to respect my request. The courtesy sofa was a type of 2-seater recliner with a console in the center. So instead of being able to accommodate the whole family, only 2 people could sit there. I did not receive any follow-up on the repair. When I called about a month later, my sofa had just arrived at Cazis to be repaired. This was supposedly due to transportation logistics and Cazis' slowness in doing his part of the transportation. I called the head office regularly and never felt that my file was taken seriously. Finally, I received my sofa 9 weeks later and it is almost in the same condition as it was. If I do the math, it's almost 14 months of battle to have good customer service and a non-compliant sofa. I still can't believe how they can take us for fish. For these reasons, I would not even recommend Gagnon Frères and Cazis to my worst enemy. A nice big $2900 lost in time and quality.

The after-sales service is very poor. The brand new household appliance without using it is defective. It is up to us to follow up with the technician and the company for the purchase of the part. We've been waiting for 4 weeks to have it repaired, something that's new. They refuse to change it. Additionally contact us with the manufacturer to request the change.

Un accueil courtois et chaleureux ,Un représentant a l' écoute de nos besoin et pleinement disponible.Des conseils judicieux. Un service de livraison impeccable et des livreurs efficaces et souriant. Nous avons eu besoin d' un service après vente et nous avons été très bien répondu et servi.Et lorsque nous avons eu besoin de communiquer avec le personnel pour des questions et services, nous avons eu l'agréable surprise de pouvoir parler directement a une personnedans un délais plus que rapide.Nous sommes vraiment satisfait et pour nos prochains projetsde meubles Gagnons & Frères sera encore notre Premier choix.Bravo a L'équipe de Mr Fassatoui chez Gagnon & Frèresdu Boulevard Pierre-Bertrand a Québec.
