Worst game stop ever. I'm calling to pre-order call of duty MW3. The guy won't give me the BETA code that comes with the pre-order over the phone and tells me to come to the store. He believes he works for the CIA. I call another gamestop and he gives me the code directly. They take freedoms that they don't have. Blatant lack of professionalism. I do not recommend

Very disappointed. I have been wanting to buy a God of war Funko pop for 3 weeks at this store and I was told that it was put aside by an employee who wants to buy it. I answered 3 weeks ago that I understood. On the other hand, it is still not to buy and I want it. The employee replies that he can't sell it to me because his manager has put it aside and that I have to check with him when he's in the store. Personally, I work in a shopping center and I confirm that my boss would not allow me to put a product aside for 3 weeks. Seriously does Gamestop pay so badly it's manager and can't afford a $17 Funko pop??? I hope that gamestop employees who are paid to watch complaints on the internet will react. Thank you gamestop please follow up

Staff is experienced and educated on their products which are reasons priced, howeverBecame an unpleasant experience, you're not even allowed to touch the games due to fear of contamination even though you already desinfected your hands upon entry.Will wait for the end of the precaution measures to revisit.

Staff always friendly any day of the week. My shop for when I want to buy non virtual games since 2003. Never had anything bad happen there and they always have offered more than they should have when ask nicely. They helped me find used rare things in used conditions many times.No matter the day of the week, I always met employees who were happy to be there. If I want to buy something physical and not virtual this has been my store of choice since 2003. Never had a negative experience at this place even they often help me find rare things in the user and have offered many services.

Wow excellent service. I had a warranty and I couldn't find my receipt. They managed to find it in their systems and I was able to make the exchange!!!
