I had a great experience at this location. Immediately at the service counter there was a young man who spoke English and he helped me find my way. There was also an attendant who knew English and he came to me several times to see how I was doing. I especially want to say thank you to Gabriel. He lives on my street and we had a very nice conversation. I will be back. Anyone who wants to feel warm and welcome should go where the wisdom of the elderly prevails. I sat there and listened but I donated my cards to somebody who didn't have any, because I would have seriously lost anyway not knowing how to play. Thank you for your well-organized customer service oriented business. You bring me joy and I won't forget.”

The decorations, the ambiance and has a HUGE massive selections of all sort of video games with a lot of rares ones and some exclusives items + consoles ! I'm so happy to be able to finally get some nostalgia games ? The man who serves us was very welcoming and take the time to answer to our questions and also made some good deal on the games if we buy multiples and gift some goodies ? We were able to find some games we've been looking for that couldn't find in Montreal ❤️ If we ever decide to come back in this area, for sure we will visit this store again to buy more video games that did got our attention ! My husband and I absolutely love wandering in there during our trip to Quebec ???”
