Worst customer service I have ever seen. I've been waiting on the phone for 8 and a half hours to talk to someone.I hope no one has their card stolen because there is no way to notify them.

I would give a big ZER0. One star is still too much!The service has become rotten!! We always get a voicemail!We don't get called back and if we get that chance, we talk to incompetent people who don't follow up!I'm going to transfer everything elsewhere I can't take it anymore!

My mortgage with them was finished paying in May 2022. They made a mistake on the last payment (and they apologized) so interest magically appeared in my account. It took them two months before they were able to remove them. After everything was in order, no more debt! But I started getting Equifax alerts for an amount not paid to this bank. They've been trying to fix this for THREE MONTHS...no way. Three times the bank sends a false alarm to Equifax and they are unable to see where it came from! AY WAKE UP!!! It's from you guys!! My patience has limits, BLC...it sounds like incompetence...I have the history of all my conversations with two employees. One of them seems to have good intentions but the ball stays on the other side and she doesn't seem to be in a hurry to close the file. It's been dragging on since May!Edit 1: What I want are not nice words with a generic link to the "contact us" of your site but concrete action to settle this once and for all. My grade remains a big zero.Edit 2: Another Equifax alert! It looks like the BLC is about to send us a collection agency! LOL why? I owe them nothing! They owe me an apology... Nobody seems to know what's going on in this bank...

For 10 days, I have been trying to contact my advisor. I sent him two emails (March 30, April 11). No answer. I tried to contact him by phone. His voicemail number constantly sounds "engaged", which is not normal. No way, either, to speak to a telephone operator as the telephone message says. I am constantly taken from one phone message to another.Really disappointed with your customer service.I would have given a big zero (0) star but that's not possible. So, in order for my review to be passed on, I have to give one (1) star.

No service, lots of incompetents who transfer us to anyone. No dial tone at all the stations we were given. Unable to speak to a counselor. It took me 5 minutes to speak to an advisor at Desjardins.

I have been trying to log into BLC direct with temporary passwords for four days because I made 3 mistakes with one of the questions I am unable to obtain my new passwords my three questions and the image at choose tomorrow I have to leave work earlier to resolve these damn problems at the Laurentian Bank with an advisor. There's always a damn problem every time I try to get into BLC direct and I have additional amounts to pay, either that solves the problem or I'm going to go to another bank and withdraw all my money, I'm really at a loss. end.

Seriously, no return calls, I've been waiting for calls back for a week and I leave messages, nothing! Change of advisors every 8 to 12 months. No service.I have been with him for 6 years. Service 0!

I would give 0 stars but that's not possible. 1 hour on the phone to tell me that the employee could do nothing halfway from home. I don't see where this is my problem and I have to deal with it during my work. The worst structure I have seen. I'm closing my 2 accounts right now.

Jai essayai de prendre rendez-vous avec un conseiller à la succursale de Place de la Cité. Personne ne répond au téléphone. Jai essayai le numéro 1-800; Jai abandonné après 10 minutes dattente. Résultat: très insatisfait du service; en fait aucun service na été rendu.
