I encouraged this company for several years, but I stopped because they did not respect their bid prices. After 5 years I decided to trust them again, but once again impossible to make them listen to reason. Items that were billed more than expected, and this without notice when receiving the final order, during billing, or during delivery. I had a business myself and I wouldn't have been able to do this to my client. This is a total lack of respect. So, if you ask for prices, BE CAREFUL!

Le personnel est accueillant et qualifié. Le matériel est de très bonne qualité. Le seul hic pour moi sont les heures d'ouverture. Comme l'entreprise est située dans la Basse Ville de Québec, il n'est pas évident de se rendre après notre journée de travail avec le trafic. Peut-être que l'entreprise pourrait extensionner ses heures d'ouverture en fermant à 18 h!
