Between the sangrias, the specialty hot sauce and the spirits along with the fabulous black current and vanilla soft serve ice cream you could literally spend a day here. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful and someone even pointed us up to the terrace which is literally a private nook with amazing views. The tastings, the food and the staff are all incredible, highly recommended.”

This small place, a maze of full and empty crates, refrigerators and so many products... There is something for absolutely EVERY taste, from the Budweiser drinker to the finest palate. The staff is knowledgeable, uses the products and is always able to make informed suggestions. The incomparable in Quebec. No other place is like it and nothing has yet managed to match it.”

“Probably, if not, the best beer convenience store in the greater Quebec region. The selection of microbrewery beers is impressive, with products from the four corners of the province, all carefully chosen and presented. What is striking from the start is the long open refrigerators which cover almost the entire surface area. Everything is fresh and well preserved (we like that!), there is also a nice selection of artisanal ciders and hot sauces. The welcome is warm, it is obvious that we are dealing with experts who know their inventory inside out. The advice is relevant and we leave with nice surprises. The Malt Axis is an essential destination for beer lovers. I will undoubtedly come back during my next visit to Quebec. THANKS ! (Bonus points for the decoration and the huge Jelly Belly machine (the best!!)… too many temptations in this place :D)”
