I'm just coming out of this McDonald's. The fries and the wrap are cold, you can't go wrong!!! I tell the manager, he tells me it's normal that it's cold!!!But of course !!!! ?,, I didn't insist in the face of so much nonsense!!!Avoid at all costs!!!

UNacceptable, only mc Do in life where I see the fountain drinks closed and at the cash register they don't want to fill a drink either!!At the price of the menu it's a downright steal when you consider that it's not noted anywhere in the restaurant....In addition, the staff is unpleasant, the trash cans are full even though the number of employees would allow this to happen!The toilets are like the reception of the staff...Choose another mcdo!!

Very ordinary customer service. When ordering at the drive-thru, I told the girl I had a coupon (my coupon was on the app). Usually they always ask for the code, but I saw that she immediately entered the discount so I noticed that it was like a “universal” code. When I got to the window, I asked her if she needed my code, and she replied “next time you have to say the code because we have paper coupons because I entered it and now it makes me lose money. time ". I found that a very inappropriate way of responding, you don't say that to a customer. She was just too quick in her actions and she blames me for it. She even has the audacity to tell me to give the code next time after I pay. I don't mind that McDonald's serves orders very quickly and wants to do it quickly, but the customers don't have to suffer this pressure too. Very disapointed.
