I understand that there is a shortage of staff and that self-service machines have replaced humans. However, I would still appreciate it if the employee at the checkout had a smile on her face and responded to my greetings. No smile from her and when I said hi to her when arriving and thank you when leaving, she did not return my greetings. A little interpersonal skills never hurt anyone. I went to the pharmacy on Sunday, July 14 at 12:40 p.m. Please train your employees in respect.

I don't know what's happening to this pharmaprix which was one of my favorite pharmacies. Today April 8, 2024 around 1:30 p.m. my partner politely asks an employee for information and the lady raises her index finger at him without even looking at him saying "No, I don't have time" I have always worked in the field of customer service. customers and I know we can be overwhelmed but the lack of respect is just intolerable. We arrive at the cash register to pay (superb, friendly cashier, nothing to say about this lady) and we hear this same employee who was at the cash register for cosmetics say to a customer "well, I've told you that 10 times now." It seems to me that it is time to understand" in short believe me, we will advise our loved ones to go elsewhere, the lack of respect, courtesy and rudeness of this lady was so gratuitous. A fit lady of a certain age with short gray hair... it was like meeting the human version of Cruella from Hell.

This pharmacy has been our neighborhood pharmacy since 1998. Since the manager decided to replace the cashiers with self-service checkouts, the quality of service has rapidly deteriorated. We are always pushed towards the self-service checkouts despite the presence of a cashier behind the main counter where it says: “Cash register closed”. We are asked if we want to pay cash. If so, we are still accepted there. Otherwise, we are directed towards the machines. And don't make the mistake of not paying for products in the Cosmetics section in this department, otherwise you will have to go to two different checkouts! We stopped going there a long time ago for all these reasons. What business can think of keeping its customers by treating them like that? And I'm not talking about the waiting time at the pharmacy itself. In short, we go elsewhere, where there are still humans to welcome us and serve us with kindness.

Really weird manager who yells at his employee and threatens his employee in front of everyone just for being late. Sir, your employee is human and deserves respect. Simple, calm meetings in the office with notices for late arrivals and saying after I hope this person finds a job where they will be treated better. Je suis aller à votre pharmacie ce midi et sérieusement la dame au caisse d’entrée très désagréable…. Elle as avertit mes filles de 13 ans que si elles ne font que regarder de sortir. J’ai trouver ça très ordinaire…. Vous traitez la jeunes clientèle comme ça ??? Il ont autant le droit d’être la qu’un adulte, non ??? Première et dernière fois que j’y allais.
