Update. I spoke with the owner and she was very kind. She processed a refund for me which I will get. I even wrote her name down but I lost it. First I talked to a male gentleman on the phone. They wanted to help me.
Walmart has an amazing idea for online shopping and home delivery. They have a very easy to use App for those of us who are not technical. The website is their best asset for online delivery.
Except they force you to tip before you get your items. I am tired of being forced to tip terrible service! Wages are an employer's overhead expense. Somehow they have transferred this all on to the consumer, in addition to all of the taxes we pay for food. I think a proper wages in store.
Gratuity used to only go to female servers in restaurants because they were paid nothing for extremely hard work. That is what I remember in my 66 years. It was never mandatory.
Walmart needs a better recruiting and orientation and name ID program for delivery drivers. Add to stop forcing tips before service. It is ridiculous.
Today was the last straw. I got somebody else's order and somebody got mine. I do not have the money to reorder. I am a senior citizen who is in heart failure.
I have had too many problems with online delivery to ever recommend them.
You will not get fresh milk or produce 50% of the time. Even with a sign delivery refuses to ring my door bell. Although I have come to find out mostly English people are targeted.
The order I got by accident had fresh milk for 20 days. I have never gotten fresh milk for over 10 days.
If there is ever anything wrong with the order don't expect any one will fix it.
Today no one cared that I got a complete wrong delivery. I called. They wanted me to wait on my phone ? No. Enough!
Sometimes the food that is delivered does not look like the photos. I would prefer at least 2 weeks freshness for my dairy. At least three or four days for my meat. And fresh produce and fruit. Sometimes I get the bottom of the barrel and it is inedible.
If I cannot go to the store myself and pick out my food, I would hope employees would choose for me the same they would choose for themselves or their grandparents.
There are added costs and profits to Walmart. I do not want to see the infirm or seniors taken advantage.
It may be great for some people, but not seniors, or the sick. This order is for feeding cats. I want a cat. So... Thanks.
I have a feeling too many people take the language barrier too seriously. It invites prejudice. Can we join hands anytime soon? I am not of the English invader.
I respect and admire any country Providence or state that respects me as a human being first. Is policy comes before humanity we are going down the wrong road my friends.

A perfectly fine Walmart experience. I wouldn't seek it out, but it has what you need. The store was a little messy and picked over when we visited, but was able to find what we needed overall. No complaints.

It is the usual Walmart with a large variety of produce. However, more items are available in the online store than in the physical store. The prices of many items are similar to other supermarkets like Maxi and Super C on average. This particular store is difficult to access if you are travelling by bus.

They contravene provincial consumer protection laws. When they put products on sale at a discount and none are available they are obligated to offer something similar at the same price or a deferred discount coupon. They don't do any of that. Now it all makes sense as to why shelves are empty every time there is a good deal on something, even 1 or 2 days after start of sale they have no incentives to.

Picking:
I started by arguing with the person who came to take our order since he told me that my order was no longer available since it had been put on the floor. I placed my order the day before yesterday and received my confirmation to pick it up this morning. I then waited more than 45 minutes in my car. The cars around me have also been waiting for a long time. If you're picking up at this Walmart, don't be in a hurry.

Online groceries has never been so easy. I am sorry about other food delivery who buy limited products and sell at higher prices, and I have been cheated. Never by Walmart. The delivery is so simple I am happy to tip! Thank you online & delivery service!

Generally, I don't do bad reviews but that's 3 orders where the delivery person ends up in Charlebourg, because their GPS doesn't give the right route. CHECK THE WAY YOU OPERATE. Every problematic delivery is a Doordash delivery person! Walmart is already aware and they are doing nothing to remedy the situation!

These incompetent thieves should not sell bikes, there is only one person who takes care of assembling all the new bikes every month, my bike was assembled in the worst way ever seen, even a 16 year old would have done much better . I don't know much about it and the bike fell apart after 2-3 months, pedals poorly adjusted, speed poorly adjusted, handlebars poorly aimed so it went off alone and must have broken before I realized it, brakes poorly installed which led to premature wear, poorly fitted seat, and finally poorly installed wheel which led to a puncture and I had to change the entire wheel all this in 3 months while driving almost straight on the cycle path... These are pure and simple theft and incompetent managers. Disgust

I am disappointed with my shopping experience at Walmart Hamel today. I bought a vacuum cleaner and paid for two years of protection. However, instead of receiving the papers as expected, I was given a website to manage the protection. The site is far from clear and I didn't understand anything. I would have preferred to receive the documents in person to be sure I understood them correctly and could consult them easily. This lack of clarity made the experience frustrating, and I hope Walmart can improve this service in the future.

You are removing Walmart bags sold for less than $1 to force us to pay for children's sun bags at $3 in the face of the difficulties that Quebecers are going through. It's dishonest, it's not up to you to force us to give to an organization, the donation is voluntary.

Customer service not good. Does not follow pricing accuracy policy and employees do not know how to place products on the correct racks.

Despite there being no signs that say no overnight parking, you cannot park a trailer here overnight. You’ll be awaken early by the police knocking on your door if you do. An unpleasant surprise for two Ontarians travelling across the country.

Hello, this wallmart is very mixed. I want 1 towel bar, 1 usb-c wire and an air purifier. I'm looking for help finding item 4 people whose floor clerks are dumb and don't look on the devices. They tell me it’s not their job. I bought a sabatier, it was defective. It doesn't matter, they allowed me to exchange it. What's frustrating is that he puts it back on the floor with a defect for another customer to pick up with it. I warn the clerk, he tells me it’s not his job. Terrible service. Horrible after-sales service. Putting them away is all mixed up. I won't go back to Wallmarde again.
