Apple Place Ste-Foy is a really nice location to buy, take a course, or get help with an Apple product. The store is modern, well laid out, and has a wide range of products on display for testing. The staff are great, super helpful, knowledgeable, polite, friendly, very welcoming, and always ready to answer questions promptly. They give good advice on configurations and options. It is best to make an appointment for technical help or service at the Genius Bar, as it is often very crowded. For repairs, the technical staff is efficient and transparent about deadlines and costs. The training offered to familiarize yourself with new devices is very useful. The in-store experience is really pleasant and the atmosphere is great, although it can be a little noisy during busy periods. The branch would benefit from expansion due to its popularity. Excellent service is provided every time you visit.

Staff are nice and knowledgeable. Went in just to do an update did not need any help but they still made sure i was fine. And when i did have a question they answered promptly.
