I have been a loyal Bouclair customer for years for my home decoration. This review is not related to the quality of the products, but rather to the service received in store for online order pickup.I showed up at 4:30 p.m. at the store to pick up my order. Once I went to the outside door to pick up the box, an employee replied very stupidly, “Did you ring the bell?” No hello, nothing. She went on to tell me that the box was heavy for a single person. I asked her if a Bouclair employee can kindly help me put her in my car (obviously, hoping that she understands the message that I'm talking about her or the other people I meet in the store). Imaginez, ils ont remis le stock brisé à vendre à prix régulier comme si de rien n’était! J’ai même spécifiquement dit à la personne à la caisse lors du retour que les dommages ne permettaient pas la revente! Après ce sera d’autres clients qui comme nous devront dépenser temps et argent en faisant des aller-retour parce que vos employés vendent des items brisés en CONNAISSANCE DE CAUSE ET SANS DÉDOMMAGEMENT DE VOS CLIENTS.Dernier achat chez Bouclair. Qualité médiocre à haut prix, aucune considération et aucun respect pour vos clients. Les employés n’en ont rien à cirer (en restant polie). Vraiment, c’est rire des gens! Faites attentions à vos achats! Pire service à la clientèle ever.
