Excellent pharmacy but the training of staff at the postal counter leaves something to be desired. On the afternoon of February 6, I tried to send 3 packages to the USA without success. The young lady didn't know what to do and didn't know how to answer the questions and seemed irritated at being asked them. I had to move to the upper town and everything went like clockwork. In addition...they sent me my packages at a price $25 lower than what was offered to me. (Yes I was offered a price despite everything?!??)

The people who manage opening hours information on Google maps and post office information are poor.Public holidays are never displayed correctly on Google map which is often the FIRST reference displayed when searching for information and there is NEVER consistency between post office times and Google maps.Other than that the service is good. But no one seems happy working there.

One of the worst Brunets that exist in Quebec in terms of customer service! The post is often closed even though the schedule on the internet does not indicate it! Many employees are courteous, but some are rude and don't seem to like what they do! To avoid at the post office

(Translated by Google) I had to go to a mail box on a Sunday and went to this branch, whose postal service is one of the few open that day.Upon arriving, the young girl at the post office informed me that she could not serve me because she was making her order. I thought that was a bit of a strange answer, but I didn't care and went for a walk around the aisles. The end of a cosmetics aisle had several clearance items jumbled together. The prices were more or less well displayed, the brands mixed up... in short, a liquidation section as we often see. I took two products there.Wasting my time in the aisles, a gentleman showed up at the post office and received the same answer as me. He demonstrated that this is the first time that an order has come before a customer, but the girl stayed on her point and he decided to wait.At checkout to pay, one of the clearance items I had chosen had lost its barcode. The employee, completely taken aback, asked me the price. I explained to him I took it from the end of the liquidation aisle and that no clear price was displayed. He was then REALLY disconcerted by telling me that he couldn't sell me the product, that he didn't know what to do if no one told him the price, before saying "I'm going to have to go see" (That had the 'looks complicated to leave his box to go see), but he rather turned in circles in disarray in front of his box.I told him that the law of correctness of prices also existed and that he had to apply it if the display was not clear. He re-mentioned that he couldn't sell me the product if it didn't have a barcode (I assumed he didn't know what I was talking about). After 20 years in customer service and sales, I allowed myself to say "well normally there is an inventory in the computers-cashier you should probably be able to get it there". I admit that I was starting to get impatient and it showed in my tone, but I in no way disrespected the young man, when the girl at the post office came out of her order and told me no, they didn't have access to that inventory, that it was just the cosmetician who had access to it, that she wasn't there, and if I wasn't happy, "take your box and go in".I remained flabbergasted in front of so much nerve. I went back to get my box at the counter and she added "You just have to go somewhere else if you're not happy" on which I added "You just have to change your job if you don't like it".I left with very little class, either purposely dropping his things on the ground and giving him the middle finger. (my bad, I assume). The young man clearly lacked training to be able to remain alone at the checkout without a supervisor, and the young lady clearly has poor customer service.I took the liberty of making a complaint to the manager the next day by telephone, but since he asked very few questions about the events, I doubt that any changes will be made. But honestly I don't recommend this postal service, which from other reviews seems to have a regular problem.*update *After posting the comment on the official Brunet website, a manager called me to follow up on the steps taken with the employees in question in addition to offering me a $10 gift card.(Original)Je devais aller une poster une boîte un dimanche et je suis allée à cette succursale, dont le service postal est l'un des rares à être ouvert cette journée-là.En arrivant, la jeune fille au comptoir postal m'a avisé qu'elle ne pouvais pas me servir, car elle était en train de faire sa commande.

(Translated by Google) It often happens that there is no employee at the post office at lunchtime. The store does not seem able to honor this service. I went there last week to ship a package, and when I asked about the time of the employee's return, I was told that they "didn't know when someone was going to be in job".(Original)Il arrive très souvent qu'il n'y ait pas d'employé au comptoir postal sur l'heure du midi. Do you like waiting. Expect a lot of waiting. Doesn't really matter what service or product you're there for it's just waiting. You can clearly tell the pharmacist owner is there to sell pills and get that prescription money and not whatever else brunet is suppose to offer.

(Translated by Google) Post office closed on Sundays, it happens regularly. This is unacceptable in a Canadian society. And even if it's a contract for Brunet who finds no staff to work on Sundays. It should be listed on the Brunet and Canada Post website. Not to mention the post office application. All of this is possible when you are able to communicate. Getting turned around isn't good for Brunet's business, that is to say, you get out quickly and in a slump. No solution no trade with Brunet until further notice.Regards and greetings.:-)Update:Monday, May 16, 2022Post office closed on Saturday and Sunday.:-((Original)Bureau de poste fermé le dimanche, ça arrive régulièrement.
