Buying a booster pack that the quality is not to my taste I try to return it the same day they refused to refund me and to top it off the parts manager treated me like I was an imbecile and told me the problem c the battery of my 4 wheels when the machine is 2 months oldWhen purchasing the clerk told me that it was ready to use this was not the case the battery was not charged enough he told me that it was suitable for a 4 wheel battery I don't I'm not sure after thinking about it, in the end I had a bad consultation, I organized myself differently to solve my problem and I lost my moneyI am filing a complaint with Canadian Tire Canada, the store is supposed to get back to me within 48 hours, no returns, so I will shop elsewhere in the future.I strongly advise you to go to another Canadian tire, this one is clearly managing everything crooked and does not respect the company's policies

We were going on a getaway to Saint-Félicien... Halfway, after 3 hours of driving, a tire on our vehicle burst!We looked for a Canadian Tire with the same tire in stock and came across this one.We arrived very close to closing time. According to a clerk, the schedule was already overloaded. Except that the manager, hearing our story, immediately rearranged the schedule and asked that our flat tire be repaired immediately.WOW!We were then able to continue our journey without too much delay!A big THANK YOU for your generosity and understanding.

It is very difficult and I would even say traumatic to refund an item purchased at this branch. The lady who works weekday evenings (I think her name is Guylaine) takes herself for another by establishing her own refund policies (even though the invoice clearly states that we can be refunded 90 days following the purchase if the The item is unused and clean, with receipt and original packaging). I went to get a refund for a fireplace this summer that I had never used and that I had purchased 2 weeks earlier. I got a huge questionnaire about why I didn't come sooner and she claimed I used it when I clearly didn't. I had to raise my voice to finally get a proper refund, she told me that I was only entitled to an exchange. This lady is traumatic, I will definitely go to another branch in the future, especially since she still works there... The young lady on the weekend is very friendly on the other hand.

I love this Canadian Tire!Firstly, the website is excellent. It says precisely where the item is located in the store as well as the number of items left in stock. It is also very easy to choose your favorite store.Second, the staff is always very helpful and they know how to do their job. They notice when you need assistance (to open a window or to find an item) and they tell you (if the item is no longer available) in which other Canadian Tire it is available without even asking them!My ONLY "complaint" is that there is now the option to "tip" at checkout, the reason I disagree with this is simply because I believe businesses should be able to pay their employees ( e)s.However, I have no comments on the conditions of the employees or their pay.

Not the best price but they sure got choice. Mechanical service is SLOW.
