I don't like to leave bad reviews, but I had a bad experience recently with them and I think it might help people make an informed decision.I had good experiences with them in the past, the staff is really nice and super courteous, but two weeks ago, I had to take my car to them for a wheel problem. When I got my car back, they had changed to the wrong part [wrong model], and it was hitting the wheel randomly, and the steering wheel was super loose in tight corners. I called immediately, but was told to call back the next day as they were closing in 10 minutes, which I did. The next day, they fixed the problem quickly, and charged me only the difference of the part (not the labor costs), since the error came from their supplier.They were super courteous and kind, but unfortunately it made me really lose confidence in their skills. If I had relied 100% on them, I don't know what would have happened.For the purchase and change of tires or oil and for refueling, I have never had a problem, but I will not entrust my car to them again for more important changes.
