1- The cashier (old lady) on the second floor (clothing section) she was really mean and unpleasant, did not want to give us the exact price of an item and did not even try to find out, she walked us around 'floor to floor but all the other employees sent us to her, and on top of that we wanted to return it immediately (on site), she told us no return in a really unpleasant way. Bad experience with her.2- Regarding the quite varied items, quality a little to be desired, price quite high for a thrift store but there is everything.

I love this place for the unique items and the wonderful staff. However, some of the prices are very unreasonable. I went looking for a towel; they were priced close to new and many had smells and stains (one had a chunky brown stain). Clothing is usually very overpriced. There are many other thrift stores, such as the YWCA, where profits go to a great cause PLUS they keep prices reasonable / accessible for the local community. It's a fun place to explore and there are great deals to be had, but pay attention to the prices.

Amazing thrift store but the woman at the 2nd floor counter accused my partner of shoplifting?. Told him he has to pay for what he was wearing (the sweater he has had for years). Very rude at the counter when we paid for our things. Not a cute moment. Otherwise really cool place!!

this place is one of the most massive thrift shops you will have ever seen, in a large old factory nestled up against the northern side of the rock of quebec upper city are 4 stories of about 10 000ish sq ft each floor of endless thrift.booksfurniturekitchen stuffeverything you need to live.great if you are a brand new immigrant and only got here with a suitcase/une valise ;) and have nothing to furnish your home or cook with.they have everything including books to help you learn french.they do have some vinyl too, but it's usually meh. no rare finds yet for me.

Large thrift second-hand store in Quebec City. They just have about anything you need from furnitures to clothing to books and games to plates utensils and cooking/kitchen equipment and electronic appliances. The prices are also very fair and decent. Overall a great place to spend your free time browsing through!

Great place for almost everything from kitchen stuff to mattresses. All you need to furnish your house, at an affordable place. Mamadou Bayo on 4th floor is the best in helping you find what you need for bedroom, living room. Other staff are also nice.
