I've never had a problem with this dollorama, I've been going there for years, but since then with the new employees, it's different, they don't know anything, they follow the customers. The purpose of my opinion is to say that the Manager whose name is surment (Bashir) according to an employee who had difficulty telling me the first name of this gentleman. He is very stupid and disrespectful. I'll stop there, in short, I'm going to go to another dollorama now

I'm from Korea and my wife is from here (Quebec) and we encountered a really rude worker. It was around 3 p.m., yes my baby was playing with the toy and sorry about that. But an old worker with short blond hair told a colleague that we were stealing baby wipes. And my wife got angry and even showed the receipt and she just ignored it. Yes, some immigrants are really bad, I understand. But we, Korea is not really a poor country and seriously, do you think we are stealing? (we already paid from another pharmacy.)

The employees are not very honest, I bought 2 cans of Pepsi, it cost me $1.65, I paid with a $20 bill, normally they should have given me back $18.35 but they told me that $13.35 is downright theft
