“This is the cleanest, quietest urban campground we've ever stayed in. There is a shuttle three times a day to Quebec City which was the primary draw for us. (Parking in Quebec City can be a nightmare.) The staff are super friendly and helpful. The lots with electric+ service are small, which is to be expected in an urban, hilly area. The lots are also tiered, so they are unexpectedly level, but bring your levelers if you need a flat bed. There are trees, playgrounds for the kids, indoor entertainment for rainy days, a pool, DVDs and books to borrow. They have thought of everything to make a camping stay enjoyable. Highly recommended!”

“Great little boutique hotel. It is an old structure, but has very comfortable modern amenities; heck the shower is nicer than mine.Beware, you WILL climb stairs; I did not see handicap accomodations but I didn't ask.Biggest benefit is it's in the heart of Old Town without the bustle of the Frontenac.Rooms: Charming, modern conversions of traditional rooms.Nearby activities: In the middle of Old Town. There's more to the City, but this is why you're visiting.Walkability: I really had difficulty realizing how compact Old Town is. Everything is within walking distance; but there are hills to make San Francisco blush; and snow & ice ?”

“I highly recommend this magnificent hotel.We rented a romantic weekend stay in a cocooning room, unfortunately the bed was very tilted in the center and the first night's sleep was short because of the mattress, the next morning we spoke to reception and they asked us We were instantly accommodated by offering us another room which we simply LOVED. I highly recommend the terzo suites. Just wow! Thanks to Élie at reception for his excellent service. We also had two massages at Amerispa and it was perfect. The outdoor spa was very clean too but often a lot of people for the size. Overall this hotel deserves a 5/5. The service, rooms and spa are perfect. Thank you for this wonderful stay.”

“A clean hotel that is very centrally located with available valet parking as well. the rooms include wifi and a continental breakfast which is pretty extensive. We never had a problem with breakfast running out. Some of the rooms don't have good views but others look onto the main street.All of the staff that we interacted with were professional, friendly, and helpful – especially the cleaning staff.Nearby activities: it's very very centrally located and the prices reflect that.”

“Some very nice historic seeming atmosphere - a nice ambiance of christmas when we visited - a warm and embracing room to enjoy a coffee and come quiet conversation. More of a place for the spa and rejuvenation.”

“This place was unique and special and just what I needed. You get what you pay for. A nice clean comfortable room with good air quality +++. I didn’t wake up stuffy. Bed was fine. Water pressure is a miss but I think that’s just old Quebec.For a visit of excursions not luxury you will love it here.”
