“Check in is a nightmare! We requested an early check in because their normal check in is 5 pm. We got there at 2:45, we were told it would be ready at 3:30. At 3:45 we tried again and we were told that now it might be 4:30. I will upgrade my review after we have stayed.”
“Rooms OK. Bathroom needs upgrading.
Close to Plains of Abraham.
It's not bad of a distance for walking to Old Quebec, if you're not in a hurry.”

“Good location with plenty of parking but the beds are okay, depends on preference of course but we were happy to be back in our own bed once we got home! Nearby to many things on foot and a short drive away. Spacious suites for sure which was nice for longer stays.”
