If I could put 0 stars out of 5 I would. WORST customer service that I’ve ever seen. I don’t know if it’s every NBC or just this location but no respect for its customers and definitely the last bank you would want to affiliate with. People that work there don’t know anything. Feels like going to a McDonald and getting a BigMac when asking for fries. In this neighbourhood, this should never happen. I’ve arrived 5 minutes before closing to deposit à cheque but they didn’t want to do it cause it was to close to the end of their shifts.
