I hear the bell outside and he pretends nothing has happened. It was also one of their competitors who sent me there because he couldn't offer us the service.The clerk certainly lost 2 transactions (see 6 after people who received the same treatment), but this employee, who is usually ultra-professional, made us lose our confidence in the chain.
