One of the pharmacist owners, Charles Boisvert, was extremely cruel and mean to me, even though I am an easy customer, very polite, gentle and kind. He has made my life impossible, without any valid reason or justification, other than his contempt, particularly towards drug addicts who are on an opioid substitution program, many of whom he suspects of reselling their medications (something I have never heard of). never done, obviously, needing these medications!).But that week (December 1, 2023), he decided to come after me, without reason or warning, to distrust me, despite my two years of taking my medication there, and although he himself served me a good fifty times (having always been friendly before that). He decided, quite suddenly, arbitrarily and above all very cruelly, to withdraw, without notice, my “privileges” (I had to return to the pharmacy every day, despite the fact that I had explained to him that I had great difficulty getting to move), in addition to deciding to halve my dose of medication, condemning me to an ordeal, inhumane withdrawal, and a long wait (it was Friday, the offices closed until Monday, and he demanded that my doctor called, always without a valid reason, and the latter was not able to receive me before the following Thursday... In short, a real ordeal which stretched over an interminable week! The worst, I think, was when he got really angry with me, yelling at me and threatening me, simply because I was crying, distraught and panicked... Because I dared to argue, to defend myself , tried to assert my rights (while remaining very respectful. But I was nothing more than a fragile client, and now in great suffering, due to his immense lack of respect towards me... I did not recognize him more?! I suspect him, for my part, of representing a rare specimen of macho who only tolerates women who are submissive and docile to his slightest wishes...One thing is certain: he committed a serious abuse of power, which is unacceptable and inexcusable, and deserves reprimand, at a minimum. He acted in the most unprofessional manner possible. This is the first time in my life that a pharmacist has treated me with such contempt, such gratuitous nastiness, and I do not recommend that anyone encourage this pharmacy which, in my opinion, should be completely banned (even if it were only for the slowness of the laboratory in serving its customers; I have never waited so long elsewhere, every week for two years, to receive my medications, despite the fact that I had, in addition, each time to order them for two hours. advance, at least, before introducing myself...!I questioned myself tirelessly - but in vain - about what I could have done to deserve such treatment, during this hellish week that he was putting me through...In addition to damaging my reputation and seeming to take pleasure in humiliating me in front of his colleagues, by suspecting me in this way, when everything had been going well for two years... But why suddenly act like this?! Did he decide to make me his scapegoat because he had a bad day?! This is inappropriate !! And daring to replace my attending physician in this way is extremely serious and inappropriate. He committed three professional errors in quick succession, without giving me a single warning before carrying out his threats! The following Thursday, after having finally seen my doctor and having returned there to finally receive my medication as it should be, he finally threw me out of his pharmacy, claiming a "break of trust", and m urging, immediately, to “never set foot here again”.I demand an apology from the Jean-Coutu Group, and I am therefore sending a complaint to the Order of Pharmacists of Quebec.I am completely in shock, traumatized, and will remain so for a long time... What a waste!

This Monday, August 14 at 6:45 p.m. Prescription I come to pick up the prescriptions for my spouse who must take them regularly CANCERThe prescription girl answers me, she can't have her Vantolin or her statex because she's seeing her doctor tomorrow. Ok for the Statex we understand. But the Vantolin she may be pushing this one but ok.:But since my wife is seeing her doctor tomorrow. Mademoiselle takes it upon herself not to give the Anti-coagulent. She chose not to give it on the pretext that the prescription was past due. Which is totally false, I myself was wearing the 1-year renewal last month with the other prescriptions she gave me tonight. Cream and Ativan. So why make the decision on her own not to give her her anti coagulants that she must take twice a day. Following a thrombosis caused by the crushing of a mass (cancer) on her left kidney.. But it's true she is a pharmacist and can choose a doctor before..I hope she is proud of her decision especially since it was good for 1 years.. now yes she sees her doctor tomorrow and she will have her prescriptions tomorrow. But being a pharmacist she should understand the HUMAN side of talking to a sick and suffering person on the phone. But she really isn'tThank you following this I now have a spouse who is stressed and who pumps her Vantolin which remains to her..Thank you miss, I hope you are proud of the way you act and do towards sick people. If one day someone treats you this way, tell yourself that you deserve it.

"Service à la clientèle dans le département des cosmétiques" qui joue en boucle dans les hauts-parleurs. Pauvres employés qui doivent endurer ça tout le temps. J'imagine que ce n'est pas normal et qu'ils ont renoncé à corriger le problème.(Translated by Google)"Customer service in the cosmetics department" playing on a loop over the speakers. (Translated by Google) Native of the neighborhood, I have been going to this Jean-Coutu for several years mainly for convenience and each time I enter the store, the loudspeaker announces "Customer service in cosmetics" and this even when I am the only one. store customer.Guess this is a coded message to tell the staff to watch me for some reason ...Strangely enough, no one around me "pure wool" has the right to this message.
