Worst place ever to buy.... Delivery delayed by a week to save money but I had ordered it on Tanguay precisely because I had it before the holiday date otherwise I would have ordered from best Buy I would have had it It's not celebrating 5 days later... really unreliable shipping, I can't wait to see the product if it's really the right one now....

After several problems with 3 out of 5 items from tanguay, here comes the couch which is less than 13 months old and which is obviously no longer covered by the warranty. This one has play in all directions at the slightest movement. Really disappointed once again...

My immediate entourage had always strongly recommended Ameublement Tanguay for the purchase of household appliances so, last year I began a gradual renovation of my kitchen and I purchased a dishwasher from Tanguay. The saleswoman was very professional and the time to get my hands on the equipment was very quick. On the other hand, having barely owned the dishwasher for 10 months, now it gives up the ghost. We then contact customer service who refers us to their subcontractor. The subcontractor carries out a diagnosis by telephone and assumes that the pump is (already) broken after 10 months of normal use. The subcontractor owns the supposed part but they work by sector and wait until they have enough work to do in our area before moving. I then called customer service again (the lady was very understanding and friendly) who said they were putting pressure on the subcontractor to put us on the cancellation list. In the end, when they repaired the dishwasher, we will have been wading in the sink for 25 days, 3 times a day. It’s lucky I didn’t buy my stove and fridge there!

For your opinion, even if you write to communicate at the address indicated, it is of no use. So sentence to look good, to get feedback from you you have to go through legal recourse (OPC, lawyer, etc.)

We bought a motorized couch a year ago. We are being delivered a demonstrator instead of a new one. No problem, they come back to exchange the couch the following week. A few days later we realized that the footrest motor continued to work even when the footrest was completely closed. A service call is made, the technician orders the replacement control button. A few weeks he comes to replace the button, this does not solve the problem. We are told that a report will be made to Tanguay about the situation and that we will be called back. No news for several weeks. I called back to inquire, I was told that an engine had been ordered and that they would get back to us when the part was received. Almost 1 year later, no news, I send an email to customer service, they tell me to get back to me once they have more information. As of today I have not received any feedback. Ordinary service, when it's time to sell it's a whole different story though. Once the product is delivered and the amount collected, efforts are unfortunately at a minimum.

Tanguay, I think it’s a bit outdated. Nothing new, always the same ordinary furniture. Fewer and fewer services. I avoid it as much as possible.

We went for a washer and refrigerator.No service!!!! A salesman came to see me for 1 minute without giving any information on the washers…. and he went back to chat with the other 3-4…..And the same thing for my partner who was checking for the refrigerator, her salesman left as soon as he arrived, chatting with the group….So we went to buy from Léon and we had excellent service!!!No more Tanguay for us
