I ordered 4 sweaters in October 2023, after a few weeks, the delivery was pushed back from week to week, and from one week to the next and never any sweaters delivered... and today January 11, 2024, we text me that there is an issue with delivery and paffff.... my order is refunded to my credit card...wow after that they tell us to encourage and buy our Quebec products....Bravo Wehere ...could never for me...finished...

Very little inventory in store. Poor delivery service, no reliability. I placed the order on November 25, I was promised 3 times during my subsequent follow-ups that I would receive the sweater before Christmas: this did not happen and I was not able to offer the gift planned for in time. my godson. I demanded a refund, which I received within a few days. Positive point, communications have always remained courteous. I was offered to edit my comment here in exchange for a free fee; I refused.

I ordered online on November 5th. 46 days later, I still have not received the goods. I requested a refund on December 20th and am still waiting for my $$$.My online order was placed on Nov. 5th, and 46 days later I still had not received it. I requested a reimbursement on December 20th, and still have not gotten my money back.

Went to the Wehere store to buy a Hoodie, not the desired color. The seller told me to order it online. After a month, no news. He told me it would take a week or two.Spoke on the phone with the owner and he told me that by the following Tuesday at the latest I would have a tracking number, still nothing. Try calling back, voicemail is full. Finally, I managed to get the sweater before Christmas. He kept his commitments. I am very relieved.

Commande fait le 12 novembre, j'ai un bon service au téléphone et par courriel ! Il faut comprendre que lorce qu'on fait une commande ,le produit s'en va a la fabrication ! Donc le délai de livraison est certainement pas fait en 3 jours ! J'ai reçu ma commande le 5 décembre et j'en suis bien contente ! J'ai eu un bon service pour suivre ma commande !
