Really enjoyed the atmosphere of the store.When Black Friday came I browsed their website for some more clothes to add to the collection. Got 2 hoodies on sale under $80 combined. A couple days late I got an email saying one of the hoodies sold out in store the day I ordered it so they offered me a different more expensive hoodie instead or a refund. I wasn’t a fan so I suggested 4 pair of socks (equivalent to slightly more than I spent on the hoodie) instead as I really like their sock style. They responded back saying they were willing to give me the socks. The order then arrived promptly. When I opened it they had given me 7 pairs of socks (one in each colour they had) along with a note apologizing once again. I was extremely pleased with their customer service, they made the ordering experience great and really went above and beyond. The products are a great quality but I do wish they sold their stickers online. I really enjoy this brand and hope to order again soon.Merci Philippe!”
