The manager Patrick gave my package to someone who did not live with us. He never asked for the Delivery Notice (from the thief). I still have it in my possession. He literally told me to deal with their customer service. By the way, those were cell phones you gave away. You had to know what it was. Because only you knew. In addition, the Delivery Notice was not even in the correct mailbox. I got it 2 days later after the events happened. Now, after having taken all the steps with the cell phone provider and Canada Post. We are still waiting to know if someone will pay for your incompetence and not me to pay.

Very friendly service, never had any problems here :) wish the PO boxes were a tiny bit bigger but that can't really be helped!Only bilingual post office within an hour's drive which is super useful.

Small package to return to Amazon, my mother arrives there with my 3 brothers, she buys a bubble envelope for the package...usually she always takes her tape, (take note that baby runs everywhere and she tries to manage him but not easy) but this time, she forgets the tape for the label, that's the little label to add to the package...so my mother just asks for a little bit to stick it and the lady wants to sell her the 5 roulette $..my mother only asks for a little bit to help her because she doesn't need the whole roulette..the lady replied: NO ma'am we don't do that???!!! we do not that ???? Aren't you helping? I don't understand.. we don't do that??? my mother had 3 children including 1 baby and she had to go to the new store next door for the young girl to spend 5 minutes looking for her gun tape and GIVE her some tapeBravo to the mutual assistance of the post office who will feel targeted

canada post is still closed opening hours are not "update" in google maps...the entire village is unable to....The only fault is at Canada Post they do not guarantee hours to their employee who wants to work for them?!the employees are nice and courteous!
