Great experience. Service was amazing. Cashier was so helpful and kind. Bilingual staff. I would definitely recommend this store

It's scary the service we receive at this pharmacy. I will have to change pharmacies and banners. I find it deplorable for other sewn jeans!! It's November 14 and received 12 phone calls with no jokes. Well looking forward to tomorrow to see how many calls I will receive.

In the laboratory, they very rarely answer the phone..... I was given advice by a laboratory clerk who told me that my x-ray would be refunded to me if it was not adequate (because I had requested to have it for 10 days to try it rather than the 30 days they had prepared for me)... After a few days, the x-ray does not work, I call back, no possibility of reimbursement as I initially believed. .. In short, I knew more than the laboratory clerk and I shouldn't have listened to the bad advice...

I have been vaccinated at this branch twice now and each time the nurse was very professional and very kind, a real gem. I am seriously considering transferring my file to PJC Rawdon.

I have rarely had bad service like that at Jean Coutu in Rawdon! The service is so long, it’s ridiculous! I tried delivery to "save time" and 7 hours later, the prescription was not yet on its way to my house, so I finally had to go pick it up on site (obviously there were still some delays). the wait)! Pharmacists have no empathy, no listening and are not there to advise you! Every time I manage to speak to a pharmacist, I feel like they found their diploma on Amazon.
Unfortunately, I am going to have my pharmacy banner file changed!

I was in this pharmacy for 9 years. In the last year especially the service has become unbearable. An hour of waiting to speak to a pharmacist or get a medication (only one), 2 weeks to notify me of a change in prescription, errors in ordering medications (no stopping), we ordered by phone and never prepared. I even had to go get medication myself from another pharmacy because I couldn't get it in time. If I can save trouble for someone looking for a new pharmacy! Advice to go elsewhere, it's not hard to beat in terms of service.

Worst pharmacy counter experience of my life.
I have always done business with Jean Coutu. It's over for me and my family.
Firstly, the clerk who served me first accused me of having lost my medication instead of trying to see with me what the problem was with my file. Even if I confirmed to her that I had not received it when I came to collect my medication on August 15.. I then asked her to see the pharmacist, she replied (ok but it will be long) with a confident tone. , displaced and a mocking smile...after a few minutes she comes back to me saying, I found the problem, you went to pierrefond to look for them with an attitude pleased with herself. I told him that I have never been to Pierrefond and that on August 15 I was working and that I went to Pjc Rawdon after my work. She looks at me and says I don't believe that.. I ask her again to see the pharmacist to see about it with her. Then she tells me again (it's going to be a long time, she has consultations) making me feel like a tiresome person who is bothering her during her day.... Finally I met the pharmacist who called Pierrefond to realize that they had made a mistake.
Finally, you are out of place, dear clerk.. and I will never set foot there again..

My recent experience with the branch has been exceptionally positive. Resident of Boucherville and currently camping in Rawdon, I accidentally forgot my medication at home. Fortunately, the pharmacist showed great understanding and remarkable professionalism in helping me out, thus saving me a long journey home. I would like to express my gratitude to Geneviève who managed the situation brilliantly. His ability to resolve my problem quickly and efficiently deserves special recognition. I am deeply grateful for his invaluable help.

The worst pharmacy in Quebec, my doctor couldn't believe it either. very arrogant and too zealous for me I wouldn't have said anything but they are the same with the children I saw them with my own eyes never again

Where to start... After over 20 years as a customer, I have never had the opportunity to see the pharmacist owner in person. Never. The instability of staff, including pharmacists, makes it impossible to establish a relationship of trust and personalized service. In general, their duration does not exceed two years. The last year has been particularly trying with a notable increase in order errors and a frequent shortage of essential materials and tools, despite the possibility of replenishing them quickly (Kanban method, minimum level of inventory management, etc.). This highlights inventory management issues that are affecting the quality of service. I am aware that there are shortages of certain medications. I'm talking more about pharmaceutical equipment and tools here.Wait times to get prescriptions, even if we order them online or by phone, are excessive, sometimes reaching 20 minutes. And that’s if we’re lucky and there are no errors in the orders. Errors have become commonplace, further degrading the experience. The refusal by a pharmacist to give a prescription, a situation fortunately resolved by a competing pharmacy, was the breaking point for our family. After more than two decades of loyalty, we made the decision to change pharmacies.

Very ordinary jeans sewn in Rawdon! Total lack of professionalism for a pharmacy!! That Tim Hortons closes before the time it is coffee that they sell so it can be okay but a pharmacy that sells essential products closes before the time without even notice is unacceptable! We took the time to check your new schedule by phone and online, you were supposed to be open until 8 a.m. yesterday Saturday! I hit my nose on a door and a PHARMACY CLOSE 7:15 I needed milk for my baby! extremely inconceivable to close before the time whatever your reason you are a pharmacy it is your responsibility to respect your schedules! As I could see in the comments this is not the first time this has happened!

You have your prescription prepared and it takes like 20 minutes or more before being served.
