The most disappointing jewelry store in all of Quebec. I bought my wedding ring from Roger Roy and it was a disappointing experience. I was promised it would be ready in 2 weeks, then delivery was delayed to a month and a half, and finally almost three months passed without me receiving my ring. After several visits to the store, I was informed that there was a problem with the order. I was offered to change the ring, but the models looked nothing like the one I had chosen. Worse yet, I checked the website and my ring was available, with the same serial number and size. I spent my wedding, the photo shoot and my birthday without my wedding ring, which saddened me deeply. Very poor customer service and lack of accountability. I still don't have my ring and I hope this is resolved quickly, but I will never buy anything from this poor place again. My apologies to the saleswomen who served us and had to deal with the embarrassing situation, but they should be a little more honest with their customers.

J'adore cette bijouterie! Le personnel est courtois et j'ai toujours un excellent service. Une fois j'ai eu un problème avec une bague que j'avais été faite réparer ailleurs, je n'étais pas satisfaite des réparations alors je leurs est amener et ils ont repris le travail sur ma bague. Ils font du beau travails. Vraiment un service impeccable!

If I could give 0 stars, I would.I received as a birthday present in June some beautiful earrings with butterflies included. After a month, I almost lost an earring, I found it in my house by luck. I went back and the store tightened my butterflies, I told myself that everything was taken care of, but no! I came back again because I had lost another earring! They wanted to tighten my butterflies and I refused because I was going to lose them again. They offered me a screwed butterfly alternative for $44 each, wow what service! I refused to pay for an already defective item at $800 a pair, you expect service. Plus my boyfriend bought this because it was a bankruptcy sale, it’s funny!You're still here, it rings a bell, don't go there!!!
