Worst shopping experience!! I go into the store with my friend to find a pair of heels and the first thing we hear is two employees shouting at each other. The manager, a blonde lady around 50-60 years old, denigrates her employee and yells at them all day long when this same person spends the day behind her desk talking to her family on the phone. Very, very shameful behavior for your company.

Bad customer service. If the product is of poor manufacturing quality, the store continues to sell the said product and it is up to the consumer to complain to the company. Not strong....

Poor purchasing experience to be honest. When we arrived, a man in his fifties literally jumped on us, constantly pushing for us to choose a model quickly and constantly showing us shoes. Once we made our choice, the desired color was not in stock. He found out and wanted to bring him to his shop and was adamant that we pay immediately. That’s what I did and I put this negative experience aside. 2 weeks later the shoes arrived and I have to go pick them up. Arriving at the store I speak to a very friendly young lady who tells me that I have to wait for the checkout to get the shoes but I wanted to have my daughter try them all on before leaving. In short, I had to wait about ten minutes before having them and being able to try them. The size is good, we are ready to leave but no! The attendant doesn't let us leave immediately, we have to get back in line to sign an invoice showing that we have come to take our order! Another 5 minutes to wait before I can leave... and that's why I'm going back to online shopping for the next shoes!

Interesting end of season price, but I have the impression of being harassed by the service, that they won't let me take 2 steps without supervision, it's getting heavy.
