Excellent service! Great value for money. Professional and warm welcome. Listening and caring about customer needs. I loved my shopping experience at Dormez-vous. Jérémie has very good product knowledge and was able to help me find the mattress that suited my needs while respecting my budget. Delivery was fast and efficient. I am very satisfied with my mattress and the service!

Good service, but a little disappointed that the mattress didn't come in a box as expected as I have limited space. However, the Mahyar/Arash delivery guys were very professional and saved the day by installing the mattress directly in my room.

I went into this store for the first time last week and I received the best service from A to Z in shopping for a new mattress by Nancy. She showed us all of the different types of mattresses and was very knowledgeable about all of the different products. The whole experience was hassle free and the mattress, along with Nancy's service, are heavenly!

By far the worst customer service. I tried a pillow in store with memory foam. When I arrive home, I open it and it is double the thickness. Non-exchangeable, non-refundable, clearly not the one I tried. $200 in the trash. Thank you Sleep it’s the last time I came to your house.
