I came for a refund for a pair of children's swimsuit shorts, never worn, label on them, ordered online, they are too big. The saleswoman tells me that the swimsuits are final sale, I ask to speak to the manager, it makes no sense, it's shorts, it's new, it's written nowhere that it's final sale nor in the return policy, we understand that it is not underwear. The most contemptuous manager that I met, told me that she could do it but that she doesn't like my attitude so she won't do it, it's certain that when it's been 10 minutes that you hang out with someone like she courtesy takes the edge. I ask him to show me where it says that he doesn't reimburse children's swimsuits, doesn't show me anything, just tells me that the policy is clear. She ends up leaving the cash register and saying that I can stay there all day, she won't reimburse me. The worst service in a store I've had in my life, I left with tears in my eyes, really a mean person, doesn't care about the customer, waste of money and time. Last time I will go to this store.

I usually buy here, I got the wrong shoe size, I came back after 5 days, the man told me they are dirty!! Without being ashamed, I've never put it on except when I tried it at home (but I didn't even know they were small!)
I'm never going back to hm de Repentigny honestly.
Bad service and the seller was not at all friendly, welcoming or understanding.
If I could give stars I would have given it.
