I got a car through Ford obviously they came to pick me up from Ford to fill out the paperwork, looked around the car but it is dirty, I don't see any dents. On the way back they go around and discover a chip in the window the size of a pinhead after washing the window so immediately it's my fault and $90 in costs! Be careful, they are very quick and sneaky to make you pay for something that is not yours!

I had reserved a sedan (probably a Corolla as they mentioned on the phone) since there were 4 of us and they rented us a subcompact car (a Spark) which was not very comfortable and very limited in space.I feel that our need was not met given that they were not able to provide us with the size of vehicle promised.I'll let you guess that we had to choose what luggage to bring given the lack of space.

Very good and efficient service! We had booked an 8 passenger for 6 people. Plenty of space for our luggage. I recommand it !
