Too expensive and the staff is not always easy

New staff, very bad service.
I went to buy work boots with a budget of $300 provided by my company. I don't have a purchase number or size, only a budget to buy CSA approved boots or shoes. I found a boot at the end of clearance for $110 (wanted to buy 2 pairs) and a shoe for $100. I know that if I exceed $300 I have to pay the difference, at least that's what I've been doing for 3 years now at this store. The manager on site on Sunday September 15 never wanted me to spend the company's money to buy 3 what I wanted. She wouldn't allow me to buy more than 1 pair of boots. Now I have to go to another store to get these boots but we agree that I won't find the boots on special. Which means I'll have to pay full price now. Under the pretext of a new policy which only exists in this head. She never wanted to show me this written policy. I'm not going to stop there because I could pour out my heart but there would be no point in saying more.

No service, we find nothing and you pay in money and to get reimbursed it takes 30 minutes and very difficult to get reimbursed in money, she told me next time we will have to reimburse you on a debit or credit card. Lol
