I have my new Visa card since June 8 and I am unable to activate my card. The QR code does not work, on the WEB site I am unable to complete the registration, directly at my branch no one can help me, and I made 8 attempts by telephone without result. I am constantly transferred without result. At least 20 hours of waiting in total. So far I have been given 5 different phone numbers with no results. Same problem with email. They ask me to call. Can't talk to a human being who can activate my damn card. While at National Bank I activated their card in 5 minutes on their webpage. I have been a client for 37 years, and I will probably close all my accounts and transfer my assets elsewhere.
