My mother who has a business had tried to do business with them and told me that the service was lousy and indeed, that is the case. After communicating with them and requesting a quote, I had to contact them myself after 4 days because no news. On the phone, quite confused, I was told evasively that we don't really have time to take care of this at the moment because we're too busy. Well done customer service! In two days, I managed to get quotes from 4 other companies with whom I was able to do business quickly.
