I went to the store last week and very disappointed with the service. On the floor almost impossible to find a counselor and when I found one she absolutely did not want to help me.
You should sincerely see that your staff are kinder and help us instead of running away and it wouldn't hurt to smile

I can't give less than one star. Very bad experience on Julia's part. I wanted 4 boxes of glasses there were only 3 available in the store. She sent us to Linen Chest at the Carrefour de Laval, supposedly saying that there were 4 boxes available at their place and that she had reserved a box, we just hadn't to ask after Lena. We had 45 minutes of traffic to get there. Surprise it wasn't the right model. And no available. Thank you linen chest for your exemplary service. Don't trust the brand. Especially not to salespeople.

This store is very beautiful and offers very good products but few staff to help customers. When it’s time to go pay at the cash register, the wait is endless!
Most of the time, there is only one cashier (who takes care of returns and online orders) and an employee near the checkouts who would benefit, instead of placing stock, from coming to lend a helping hand to help. , while the queue lengthens!

I'm really disappointed with linen chest. After 3 attempts to purchase online, the 3 times I have no satisfaction. 1st time ordering wine glasses never received. 2nd time maxwell william summer tableware product available after 1 month of waiting email telling me that he no longer had the product. 3rd time I received the OXO paper towel holder broken, really not very good. What do you think of my experience...very disappointing.

The young lady at the checkout, as well as her colleague on the floor, were really adorable. They helped me until the end with great patience and remarkable know-how. These days it's rare to see such service, thank you Linen Chest!

A saleswoman ordered 1 item online for me in store because they didn't have it in stock. The item ordered was located at another Linen Chest branch. Receipt of the order from one branch to another: 3 weeks delay... Inconceivable.

I see you are selling the Ultima cosa air purifier at a discount. How can you continue to sell them when the filters are discontinued? I found one in Laval but then what do I do with my device? Should I throw it away and buy another one? In Anjou they tell me that you have two and when I call you say that it is an inventory error. How to find them elsewhere if the filters are discontinued. In any case, this is the last time I purchase a product from you that requires an item replacement.

The cash register was broken and the staff was overwhelmed and couldn't fix the problem, so I was tired of waiting like the 9 other very disappointed customers at 11:40 a.m.
